How long will it take to ship my order?

Most of our products are handmade or made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for production and shipping of your items. We will let you know when they ship along with the tracking number.
Can I choose what I want printed on my products?

Absolutely! Most of our products can be 100% personalized. Choose the item o product you want, send us your images and choice of colors and we will put together a design for you to approve. Once approved, the design will then be printed on your gift.
What if I'm not happy with my order?

We make every effort to produce high quality items for our customers. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email or phone. We will try our best to fix the issue by exchanging or replacing your items. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy for details.
